Pre Shot Routine-Mental:
- Have you ever been in a tournament knowing you are better than the opponents you will play but somehow and or someway you just can’t seem to shut the door?
- Why can I perform in practice but fail in competition?

- Those questions are telling you something about yourself and or your game.
- What you do with these questions and or feelings will determine the outcomes.
- These skills can be taught and with practice they become natural
